部落对于Alpharacks的信息还在2017年，虽然他们的促销邮件频率是目前我所购买过的商家中最频繁的，不过低价带来了大量的客户和较低的性能质量，在国内用户中口碑一般，与几家同类商家被并称为四大金刚。最近几天收到Alpharacks的邮件，商家陆续合并了WootHosting和NFPHosting，像我这种在三家都有主机的影响反而不大。

Los Angeles, CA – Mar. 31, 2019 – AlphaRacks, a premium infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider, announced the acquisition of WootHosting, a nationwide provider of web hosting and VPS services. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

AlphaRacks plans to incorporate its years of industry expertise and invest heavily within the company to provide an overall better service for WootHosting customers. In addition, AlphaRacks customers will soon be able to deploy services in additional locations where existing WootHosting PoP’s (points of presence) exist.

“We are very excited to bring a new level of experience to all WootHosting customers who will now be joining our family. Our customer-first focus is what fuels our growth as a company.” said AlphaRacks Managing Director, Julian Jin. “We are confident that our new customers from WootHosting will be thrilled to enjoy what AlphaRacks brings to the table for them. Our goal is to further enhance customer experience.”

WootHosting was first founded in 2007 and gained traction in the hosting space due to its aggressive pricing, combined with a magnitude of available hosting solutions. WootHosting currently services over 20,000 customers from over 150 countries.

“We will be integrating WootHosting customers into the AlphaRacks brand and improving upon everything they have already enjoyed previously. This will include, but won’t be limited to: network improvements, both hardware and host node improvements, and access to our 24×7 in-house support team.” commented Julian Jin. 上面邮件是合并WootHosting的，我看了下合并NFPHosting的邮件一模一样，除了商家名称改了下。实际上，这三家我一直认为就是同一家，每次他们的促销邮件发送的内容、时间都是一样和一起，这次所谓的并购，估计左右手而已。这三家(下称一家)提供的产品包括虚拟主机、分销主机、VPS、独立服务器租用等，其中VPS基于OpenVZ和KVM架构，数据中心在洛杉矶，希望并为一家之后，可以在产品性能，用户筛选方面有好的改变和发展，具体这家产品的话，等下一次商家再发促销邮件的时候我再专门分享一次吧。
