Ottnec 由 Daniel Ottmann 于 2015 年在德国巴伐利亚州奥伯斯特多夫创立。从在 Myloc 租用服务器开始，然后迁移到拥有自己硬件的 Hetzner。在经历了许多 DDoS 问题之后，决定采用 Combathon Protection。目前仅有一个数据中心在德国法兰克福。

后台支持自定义配置，流量计费，月付1欧元起；支持PayPal支付。

联通姑且认为是4837线路吧。延迟不错。官网有5天免费测试机，不建议撸。小厂别撸跑路就没得用了。
