阿里云国际版账号其实非常简单，我之前注册，一直没用。既然阿里云国际版国内无法注册，需要挂美国直连科学上网、美国GV号码和准备一张AE、万事达或者VISA信用卡，注册就可以了。这两天随便看了看阿里云国际版官网的轻量服务器和ECS，感觉还不错，性价比蛮高的，像新加坡和香港机房，大陆访问优化很好，香港机房留到下篇再测评，这次体验下新加坡的轻量应用服务器。最近Contabo、HostHatch等商家都在陆续新加坡机器，不过都未对大陆地区进行优化，而且老贵，想了解没有进行优化的机器表现移步：contabo新加坡机房测评，晚高峰丢包感人，三网绕道美国。阿里云国际版的ECS，虽然可玩性要高，不过太贵，消受不起，就测评轻量应用服务器，性能虽然受限，但是性价比在哪里，小APP和网站肯定是没问题。

硬件配置

不得不说大厂不是白叫的，这款服务器用到Platinum 8163，虽然主频低，但是稳定性非常高，这款CPU应该是阿里云定制。硬盘IO可能进行限制，实际应该更高。阿里云的服务器硬件配置肯定是不用担心，这种大厂就一个字，稳。

阿里云国际版新加坡肯定与香港还是没法比，不过比美国要好不少，延迟在60ms-120ms左右。

总结：

购买阿里云国际版套餐，如果大陆访问，除了香港就是新加坡，新加坡因为中美贸易战，很多国内互联网公司为了规避风险，迁移到了新加坡，新加坡到大陆访问线路得到非常大的提升，最初电信绕道，线路质量不是很好，现在丢包延迟极低，不论是搭建梯子还是做网站都是不错的选择。ECS的可玩性要高不少，当然价格也挺贵的，如果用途比较简单，比如做网站或者小APP，预算紧张，轻量应用就挺合适。如果为了机场，建议不要费神，IP肯定被墙。建议大家还是购买专业机场，多方便啊，不用操心。
