流量双向计算, 解锁还算行(不能NF/TVB), 适合落地.
因为升级了到国内的路由, 改为三网CMI直连. 国内ping平均 96.3ms (之前NTT要 259.4ms)

注意事项:
不要用代理(因为有Google验证码, 可开规则代理), 信息尽量真实, 姓名/账单地址/邮件地址和PayPal的信息一致(姓名最好拼音),
