测评总结

Hinet目前只有新北/彰化/高雄, 大体越往北体验稍好些.
在Hinet商家里面, 价格算便宜, 限速有些严格 (推荐300M/100M以上的套餐, 限速较宽松).
另外, 商家应该是劫持了TG的路由, 连Telegram 路由绕美 (TG有时转圈圈, 一直加载中).
适合IPLC/广移中转 (香港中转要看机器, 可能没广移好).
Ps: 新商家, 老板超喜欢折腾.
